Co-founded TrueNorth in 1999. She leads efforts to help clients design, develop, implement, and monitor solutions using predictive modeling, analytics, and software. Works closely with clients to translate business needs into actionable analysis, with quantifiable results. Most of her projects focus on defining business and analytic requirements for databases and reporting and how to best implement or change current policy and procedures to improve results. Besides preparing and delivering analytical projects, she also oversees training clients on data analysis, reporting tools, modeling processes, and how to implement and monitor models.
Prior to TrueNorth, Marcy was a Strategic Consultant at Fair, Isaac with focus on delivering both marketing and credit risk analysis. Before Fair, Isaac, she held Vice President positions at Fleet Bank, First USA (Chase), and Citibank in both Credit Policy and Marketing Analysis areas.
